1.      The stud service amount for this contract is ___________. The stud service fee is due at the time of service. I guarantee the Female bred or I will offer a onetime return breeding within 12 months of the original breeding. I guarantee at least one live puppy or I will offer a one time repeat breeding within 12 months of the original breeding.

2.      Fresh Cooled Semen: Certifiable viable semen will be provided to a licensed veterinarian, chosen by the owner of Female/Dam. All costs connected with purchase of semen collection, shipping kit and insemination will be borne by owner of Female/Dam.

3.       Female/Dam is to have an ultra sound performed by day 25 after last date of insemination, for pregnancy conformation. All results are to be faxed by Female/Dams Veterinarian to Dr. Minott Pruyn at Pruyn Veterinarian at 406-728-5708.

4.      All semen will be inseminated into one Female/Dam, resulting in one litter. The Stud owner will sign only one litter registration. Any excess semen will be destroyed.

5.      Under no circumstances will there be a return service or a refund of stud fee unless stud dog owner is provided with veterinary certification that the semen was not viable. In such a case, stud owner will refund the stud fee, but will bear no responsibility for any other costs.

. This contract is made in place of any and all AKC rules and regulations in regard to Dam or Sire owners rights. This Dam owner is aware that AKC registration rules and regulations do not apply and are not in effect when referring to this Stud Service and its contract. This contract is enforceable by real legal law and as stated below.
